ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING:  

  • Thank you for your purchase, you’re greatly appreciated. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends, holidays and inclement weather), which means it may or may not take 3-5 business days to prepare your order, before it ships. By the 5th day your order will ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track the status of your shipment.  

 

 

  ADDRESS VERIFICATION 

  • Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before finalizing your order, as Grown Folks Stuff will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address provided during the checkout process. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

  • If your package is lost or stolen, while in the possession of the post office, or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office, and file a claim with them. The Butterfly Trap, will not be responsible. Be sure to utilize your tracking number provided when your order was shipped. If your uncertain if you’ll be available on delivery day make arrangements with USPS before the delivery day, or with Grown Folks Stuff prior to shipping.  PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND DELIVERY DATE, WE WILL NOT RESHIP ITEMS DUE TO THEM BEING STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY. 

 

RETURNS  

  • Grown Folks Stuff sells feminine care , Sex toys & wellness products, therefore for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our goods/products. 

 

REFUNDS

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY, NO REFUNDS. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or this is an mistake on our end, we will accompany you in the best way possible.
